摘要
可控软启动装置广泛应用于煤矿刮板输送机的启动控制。当前大惯量负载的可控软启动装置主要采用PID控制方法,因PID参数均来自凑试法,可控软启动装置的控制器无法预测内部传动系统的力学行为,只能被动执行控制信号。基于分析力学建立可控软启动装置的动力学模型,提出一种可控软启动装置控制油缸压力的预测方法,进而可直接利用预测出的控制油缸压力变化曲线控制可控软启动装置的工作过程。
Controllable soft starter is widely used in start-up control of coal mine scraper conveyor.At present,the controllable soft starter with large inertia load mainly uses PID control method.Because PID parameters are from the trial-and-error method,the controller of controllable soft starter can not predict the mechanical behavior of the internal drive system and can only passively execute the control signal.Based on analytical mechanics,a dynamic model of controllable soft starter was established.A prediction method of pressure for control cylinder of controllable soft starter was proposed,so that the predicted pressure change curve of control cylinder can be used to directly control the controllable soft starter during work.
