摘要 矿井通风机的运行效率受限于通风阻力、瓦斯涌出速度等因素。设计了以PLC为核心的通风机变频调速系统,并应用模糊Smith预估瓦斯涌出滞后通风机所需补偿的运行时间。系统功能实现建立在PLC变频调速硬件平台,通过模糊PID整定随瓦斯浓度变化的通风机输送风量增益,利用Smith预估器补偿瓦斯滞后涌出。应用效果表明,系统能根据瓦斯浓度等因素动态控制通风机的功率输出,节能效果显著,大幅提高了矿井通风效率。 Operating efficiency of mine ventilator is limited by factors such as ventilation resistance and gas outflow speed.Variable frequency speed regulation system for ventilator with PLC as core has been designed,and fuzzy Smith was used to estimate the required operation hours for the hysteresis of gas outflow.Function of the system was established in hardware platform of PLC variable frequency speed regulation.Gain of air volume as the gas concentration changing was adjusted by fuzzy PID,compensation for hysteresis of gas outflow was carried out with Smith predictor.Application result shows that the system can dynamically control the power output of the ventilator according to the gas concentration and other factors,and the energy saving effect is significant which greatly improves the ventilation efficiency.
