摘要
介绍了压水堆核电厂安全壳内涂层的作用及其脱落后可能对核安全造成的负面影响,分析了新式再循环地坑过滤器设计中存在的不足,以及国内外核电厂安全壳内涂层在维修上面临的问题与挑战,引入临界涂层碎片和逼近率的概念,分析了基于再循环地坑风险评价和涂层性能评估基础上的安全壳内涂层的维修策略,为国内核电厂安全壳内涂层的维修与管理制定了指导方针,并指出了维修策略实施的条件。
This paper describes the role of the coatings in the containment and the possible negative effects on the safety of the core after the coatings has delaminated.It analyzes the reasons for the lack of sump strainer design and the problems and challenges faced with the coatings in the containment at home and abroad.It analyzes the maintenance strategy of containment coatings based on risk assessment and coatings performance evaluation of reclaimed pits,introducing the concept of critical coatings debris and approximation rate.This paper sets guidelines for the maintenance and management of coatings in containment and point out the conditions for the implementation of maintenance strategies.
