摘要
从海洋国家实验室科技成果及转化的特殊性、融资渠道、科技金融环境等方面,分析海洋国家实验室科技成果转化所面临的融资困境,探讨传统融资方式与新型融资方式的特点,进而分析海洋国家实验室科技成果转化各阶段所适用的融资方式。为有力促进海洋国家实验室科技成果转化,应完善资本市场,发展新型融资方式,加大政府扶持力度,改善科技金融环境。
This paper analyzes the financing constraints faced by the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in marine national laboratory from the characteristics of scientific and technological achievements in marine national laboratory,the characteristics of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the financing channels and the scientific and technological financial environment.Then,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various traditional financing methods and new financing methods.And then it analyzes the financing methods applied in the different stages of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in marine national laboratory.In order to effectively promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of marine national laboratory,we should improve the capital market,develop new financing methods,increase government support and improve the financial environment of science and technology.
