摘要
利用1995—2016年数据,采用层次回归模型,探讨中国中成药制造业的技术转移、内部研发能力影响其知识创新绩效、产品创新绩效的作用机制。研究发现,中国中成药制造业国外技术引进与产业的知识创新绩效存在负向相关性,与产业的产品创新绩效存在正“U”型相关关系;中国中成药制造业国内技术购买与产业的知识创新绩效存在正相关关系,与产品创新绩效存在倒“U”型相关关系;中国中成药制造业内部研发能力对国内技术购买与技术创新绩效间的相关关系具有正向调节效应,对国外技术引进与技术创新绩效间关系不具有调节作用。
Based on the statistic data of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing in 1995-2016,this paper explores the mechanism of technology transfer,internal R&D capability,knowledge innovation performance and product innovation performance of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing with hierarchical regression model.The results are that:(1)foreign technology imports have negative effect on the knowledge innovation performance of the Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing,and there is a U-shaped relationship between the foreign technology introduction of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing and the product innovation performance of the industry;(2)domestic technology purchase has a positive effect on the knowledge innovation performance of the Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing,and there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the domestic technology purchase of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing and the product innovation performance of the industry;(3)the internal R&D capability of Chinese traditional patent medicine manufacturing has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between domestic technology purchase and technological innovation performance.There is no moderating effect on the relationship between foreign technology import and technological innovation performance.
