涉农企业终极控制人特征对技术创新的影响研究

Research on the Influence of the Characteristics of the Ultimate Controller of Agricultural Enterprises on Technological Innovation

以2013—2017年我国上市涉农企业为样本,采用非平衡面板数据构建回归分析计量模型,通过产权性质、所有权、控制权及两权分离度指标的设置,并以涉农上市企业终极人为研究主体,研究涉农企业终极控制人特征对企业技术创新活动的影响。研究发现,产权性质中非国有性质和所有权对技术创新活动具有促进的正相关关系;控制权和两权分离度对企业技术创新活动呈负相关关系。由此认为政府应加大对涉农非国有企业的扶植和政策倾斜,进行国有企业改革,健全法律及监督措施,完善公司治理机制,为涉农企业技术创新活动顺利开展营造有利氛围。

This article takes the listed agricultural companies in China from 2013 to 2017 as a sample,and uses the unbalanced panel data to build a regression analysis measurement model.Through the setting of property rights,ownership,control rights,and the separation of the two rights indicators,the ultimate person of the listed agricultural companies is The research subject studies the influence of the characteristics of the ultimate controller of agricultural enterprises on technological innovation activities of enterprises.It is found through research that the non-state-owned nature and ownership have a positive correlation to promote technological innovation activities;the control right and the separation of two rights have a negative correlation to technological innovation activities of enterprises.Therefore,this paper argues that the government should increase support and policy preferences for agricultural non-state-owned enterprises,carry out state-owned enterprise reform,improve laws and supervision measures,improve corporate governance mechanisms,and create a favorable atmosphere for the smooth development of technological innovation activities of agricultural-related enterprises.
