摘要
根据钱德勒的结构跟随战略理论,基于组织结构化功能类型的逻辑视角,分别对构成组织结构的3个维度,组织制度结构、组织层级结构和组织文化结构等3个方面,探讨适应企业开放式创新战略的组织结构变革策略,以期能推动我国企业有效实施开放式创新战略,丰富组织变革的理论体系。
Based on Chandler's theory of structural follow-up strategy,this paper explores three dimensions of organizational structure:organizational system structure,organizational hierarchy structure and organizational culture structure from the perspective of the logical classification of organizational structure functions,in order to promote the organizational structure reform of enterprises in China.Effective implementation of open innovation strategy can also enrich the theoretical system of organizational change to a certain extent.
