摘要
金属膜盒式蓄压器的主要功能是抑制大型液体火箭的纵向耦合振动(POGO振动),金属膜盒(简称膜盒)是该种蓄压器的重要组成部件,也是抑制火箭纵向耦合振动的重要部件,精确测量膜盒的最大容积值可保证蓄压器有效实现其功能。膜盒主要是由多个金属膜片相互焊接构成焊接波纹管并与上下底盘焊接成的一个弹性结构。为了测量膜盒的最大容积值,同时保证膜盒不被破坏且可在低温工况下工作,介绍了一种工程实用的气体测量方法,并对其影响因素进行了分析。
The main function of metal diaphragm accumulator is to suppress the longitudinal coupling vibration of large liquid rocket(POGO).Metal diaphragm box(abbreviated as diaphragm box)is an important component of the accumulator,and also an important component to suppress the longitudinal coupling vibration of rocket.Accurate measurement of the maximum volume of diaphragm box can ensure the accumulator restrain the longitudinal coupling vibration of the rocket effectively.The diaphragm box is an elastic structure,which is made up of the chassis and bellows welded above and below.In order to realize the measurement of low temperature and non destructive for volume,a practical method of volume measurement is introduced,and its influencing factors are analyzed in the paper.
