计及舰面共振影响的舰载直升机起落架液压缓冲器性能分析 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究“舰面共振”时液压缓冲器压力和流量特性,以舰载直升机主起落架液压缓冲器为研究对象,分析了该缓冲器的工作原理,运用AMESim仿真平台,建立了主起落架缓冲器的液压模型,并进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,“舰面共振”可以使液压缓冲器低压腔压力波动与节流孔流量波动显著增强;若长时间处于“舰面共振”不稳定转速区内,缓冲器高压腔会产生较大的压力波动;在不稳定转速区内,舰船运动周期的变化对主起落架缓冲器气腔压力波动的影响较小。 In order to study the pressure and flow characteristics of the hydraulic shock absorber during the helicopter“ship resonance”,the hydraulic shock absorber of the main landing gear was used as the research object,and its working principle was analyzed.The hydraulic model of the shock absorber is established in the AMESim simulation platform,and the simulation analysis was performed.It is concluded that“ship resonance”can significantly increase the pressure fluctuation of the low-pressure chamber of the hydraulic shock absorber and the fluctuation of the orifice flow.There will be large pressure fluctuations in the high-pressure chamber,if it is in the unstable speed range of“ship resonance”for a long time.The change of the ship movement period has a small effect on the fluctuation of the gas chamber pressure when it is in the unstable speed range.
