摘要
日本在20世纪50~60年代后掀起了全国性的公共雕塑设置运动,其规模之大、波及面之广、所取得之成就令世人瞩目。不过,从20世纪90年代以后,日本公共雕塑事业急转直下,仿佛一个泄了气的夕阳事业而风光不再。这种滞缓的原因除了经济萧条的影响外,雕塑设置中的公共性、公众性的缺失也是不可忽视的重要原因。本文拟对这种滞缓的原因进行分析和探究。"他山之石,可以攻玉",冀望日本公共雕塑事业发展的经验和教训,能对我国正在蓬勃兴起、方兴未艾的城市雕塑和公共艺术事业有所镜鉴。
After the 1950 s and 1960 s,Japan set off a nationwide public sculpture installation movement.Its large scale,wide scope and great achievements have attracted worldwide attention.However,since the 1990 s,the Japanese public sculpture industry has been in a rapid decline,as if it has become a sunset business with no more scenery.Besides the influence of economic depression,the lack of publicity and in sculpture setting is also an important reason for this stagnation that cannot be ignored.This paper intends to analyze and explore the causes of this kind of stagnation."Use Stones from Another Mountain to Polish One’s Jade".It is hoped that the experience and lessons from the development of Japanese public sculpture can be a reference mirror for the booming urban sculpture and public art industry in China.
