摘要 灵性对癌症患者的健康结局有着积极影响,灵性应对作为一种独特作用机制受到国外研究者广泛关注。对灵性应对的概念、相关理论框架、研究现状、测量工具及影响因素等进行文献回顾,以促进我国医护人员对灵性应对的理解,为癌症患者开展灵性照护提供借鉴。
