摘要
为了研究钢构件节点的初始转动刚度对输电塔受力性能的影响,采用ANSYS建立了附带角钢节点的输电塔有限元模型,对节点半刚性做参数对比研究,给出了基于初始转动刚度的节点半刚性指标,并以此对典型输电塔节点进行评价。有限元计算结果表明:节点初始转动刚度和极限弯矩受肢厚影响显著,螺栓节点板表现为半刚性连接。因此,在设计输电塔时,需考虑输电塔应力状态受节点的影响。
In order to study the influence of initial rotational stiffness of steel member joints on the mechanical properties of transmission towers,the finite element model attached with typical angle steel joints is established by using ANSYS software,and the semi-rigid performance of the joints is parameterized.The semi-rigid index of the joints based on initial rotational stiffness Evaluation typical transmission tower nodes are given.The results of finite element analysis show that the initial rotation stiffness and ultimate bending moment of the joints are significantly affected by the thickness of the angle steel limbs,and the bolted joints are semi-rigid joints.Therefore,the influence of node stiffness on the stress state of transmission towers should be considered in designing transmission towers.
