摘要
针对宜昌市目前在交通管理、交通设施、交通运行、交通参与者等层面存在的问题,探究问题的成因是土地利用不均衡、路网体系薄弱及机动化迅猛发展。提出从"交通管理保障、调控交通需求、优先发展公共交通、完善路网结构、构筑慢行系统、交通组织优化"等六个方面制定交通管理措施。结合VISSIM软件仿真,对比路段和交叉口改善前后的交通质量,验证了所制定的管理措施是可行和有效的。
According to the existing problems in traffic management,traffic facilities,traffic operation and traffic participants in Yichang city,the causes of the problems are unbalanced land use,weak road network system and rapid development of motorization.It is proposed to formulate traffic management measures from the following six aspects:"traffic management guarantee,traffic demand regulation,priority of public transportation,improvement of road network structure,construction of non-motorized transportation system,and optimization of traffic organization".Combined with VISSIM software simulation,the traffic quality before and after improvement of road sections and intersections is compared,and the management measures formulated are verified to be feasible and effective.
