德技并修和校园文化融合育人机制研究

Study on Education Mechanism of the Integration of Morality,Skills and Campus Culture

职业教育是为国家输送高素质技术技能人才的重要途径。如何落实职业道德和职业技能并重,实现德技并修育人是职业院校人才培养的普遍课题。同时,良好的校园文化也是学校德技并修育人机制的一个重要因素,是思政课程、课程思政有效开展的有益保障。针对职业院校目前(职业道德和职业技能融合培养)以及校园文化建设的不足,提出了相关的对策和建议,为完善面向产业急需的育人机制和制度保障提供参考。

Vocational education is an important way to train high-quality technical talents for the country.It is a common task for vocational colleges to pay equal attention to professional ethics and skills,and to cultivate talents with both morality and skills.At the same time,a good campus culture is also an important factor of the colleges’moral and technical education mechanism,which is a beneficial guarantee for the effective development of ideological and political courses.This paper focuses on the current vocational colleges(the integration of professional ethics and professional skills)and the weak construction of campus culture,then puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide a reference for improving the education mechanism and system guarantee urgently needed by the industry.
