海南省2007—2017年5种性病患者的职业和年龄分布

Profession and age analysis of five sexually transmitted diseases in Hainan,2007-2017

目的了解海南省2007—2017年性病患者的职业和年龄分布特征,为制定性病防控对策提供依据。方法在中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病信息系统中设置数据筛选条件:①已审核病例;②地区编码为海南省,获取各年度各年龄段和不同职业的报告病例情况。以描述性流行病学方法和趋势分析等方法对2007—2017年海南省性病病例资料进行职业和年龄分布分析,并在年龄分布的基础上进行性别差异分析。结果海南省2007—2017年性病报告病例数和报告发病率逐年增长,由2007报告的2862例(34.23/10万)增长至2017年的17547例(191.35/10万)。2007—2017年商业服务、农民和家务及待业三种职业报告病例数和占总报病数的比例均呈增长趋势(P<0.05)。三种职业合计报告病例数占总报病数的比例由2007年的42.42%增长到2017年的74.00%,增长了74.45%。25岁以下人群的性病报告发病率伴随年龄增长逐渐上升(χ2趋势=9.874,P=0.002),25~<30岁年龄段性病报告发病率达到顶峰,随后发病率快速下降(χ2趋势=5.298,P=0.021),60岁年龄段开始报告发病率再次随着年龄增长上升(χ2趋势=5.707,P=0.017)。结论加强青少年和老年人、社区居民、农民等报告发病率较高人群的性健康教育,防治结合,制定综合的性病防治措施能够有效控制性病疫情。

Objective To understand profession and age characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases in Hainan Province,2007-2017,and provide the reference for the development of strategies for its prevention and control in the future.Methods Data screening conditions are set in the infectious disease information of China's disease control and prevention information system:(1)audited cases;(2)the regional code is hainan province,and the annual report of cases of different age groups and different occupations is obtained.Descriptive epidemiological methods and trend analysis were used to analyze the occupational and age distribution of STD cases in Hainan province from 2007 to 2017,and gender differences were analyzed on the basis of age distribution.Results During the period,the number and incidence of sexually transmitted diseases increased from 2862(32.23/105)in 2007 to 17547(191.35/105)in 2017.In 2007-2017,the reported cases number and constituent ratio of business people,farmers and the unemployed have been growing(P<0.05).The constituent ratio of these three professions increased 74.45%in 2007-2017(from 42.42%to 74.00%).The incidence of sexually transmitted diseases increased with age inthe under-25s(χ2 trend=9.874,P=0.002),peaked in the 25-29 age group,followed by a rapid decline(χ2 trend=5.298,P=0.021),older than 60 years of age,the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases are increased with age(χ2 trend=5.707,P=0.017).Conclusions Strengthen sexual health education for adolescent,the elderly,community residents,farmers and group of people with high incidence of sexually transmitted diseases.Itis important for controlling of sexually transmitted diseases that combining these prevention and treatment measures.
