中药塌渍治疗缓解肾绞痛的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains on curing and relieving renal colic

目的探讨中药塌渍治疗缓解肾绞痛的临床效果。方法将符合标准的92例肾绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组50例,对照组42例。对照组进行常规药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上进行中药塌渍治疗,比较两组的疼痛缓解效果。结果在治疗后0.5、1和2 h,两组NRS评分均逐渐降低,且观察组均低于同时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,辅助中药塌渍治疗缓解肾绞痛的效果更明显,且治疗简单易操作,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) collapse stains on curing and relieving renal colic. Methods A total of 92 eligible patients with renal colic were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=42). The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was with TCM collapse stains in combination with conventional therapy. The efficacy on pain relief was compared. Results NRS scores of both groups were gradually decreased at 0.5, 1 and 2 h after treatment, and the observation group was smaller than the control group in NRS at any time(P < 0.05). Conclusion TCM collapse stains therapy when combined with conventional therapy is more efficacious in curing and relieving renal colic. With a simple operation, it is worth promoting.
