绍兴-东盟经贸合作的优先梯度与重点领域

Priorities and Key Areas of Shaoxing-ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation

地缘上的亲和力和产业上的互补性是区域经贸合作的两大先决条件。近年来,绍兴与东盟关系日益密切,双边投资日趋多元,经贸合作发展迅速。为了深化绍兴-东盟经贸合作,加快推进绍兴深度融入“一带一路”建设,基于2015年—2018年绍兴与东盟贸易数据,分析了绍兴与东盟经贸合作的现状与问题,依据绍兴未来产业发展重点,综合考虑东盟国家营商环境,确定东盟10国经贸合作优先梯度,探讨双方在产能合作、传统制造业、现代服务业和文化旅游业四大领域的合作重点,提出了深化绍兴-东盟双边经贸合作的对策建议。

Geographical affinity and industrial complementarity are two prerequisites for regional economic and trade cooperation.In recent years,Shaoxing and ASEAN have established a closer relationship,with increasingly diversified bilateral investment and rapidly developed economic and trade cooperation.In order to deepen the Shaoxing-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation and quicken the in-depth integration of Shaoxing into the“One Belt and One Road”construction,and based on trade data between Shaoxing and ASEAN during 2015-2018,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of Shaoxing-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation,gives a comprehensive consideration of the business environment in ASEAN countries according to Shaoxing’s industrial development priorities in the long run,determines the priorities among 10 ASEAN countries for a trade and economic cooperation purpose,explores the key cooperation areas of two sides in the four fields of production capacity cooperation,traditional manufacturing industry,modern service industry and cultural tourism,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to deepen the bilateral economic and trade cooperation between Shaoxing and ASEAN.
