摘要
【目的/意义】构建数字生态系统是推动传统产业数字化转型的必然途径。【设计/方法】从多中心治理视角出发,通过浙江桐乡化纤、慈溪家电和永嘉泵阀产业数字化转型的多案例研究,揭示了传统产业数字生态系统的形成机制。【结论/发现】传统产业数字生态系统的形成是一个由多元主体通过政策、契约和关系机制相互协调的多中心治理过程;各类主体和治理机制的重要性会根据产业结构和转型方向的不同而有所差异。对产业数字化转型背景下数字生态系统形成的理论和实践具有积极的启示意义。
[Purpose/Significance] Constructing a digital ecosystem is an inevitable way to promote the digital transformation of traditional industry. [Design/Methodology] From the perspective of multi-center governance,through multiple case studies of the digital transformation of Zhejiang Tongxiang Chemical Fiber, Cixi Home Appliances, and Yongjia Pump and Valve Industries, the formation mechanism of the traditional industrial digital ecosystem was revealed. [Findings/Conclusions] This study found that the formation of the traditional industry digital ecosystem is a multi-centric governance process in which multiple subjects coordinate with each other through policies, contracts and relationship mechanisms. The importance of various subjects and governance mechanisms will vary according to the industrial structure and the transformation direction. This research has positive implications for the theory and digital ecosystem formation practice under the background of industrial digital transformation.
