摘要
结合成庄矿Ⅸ1309薄煤层工作面围岩赋存条件,通过FLAC3D模拟软件对不同预紧力条件下巷道变形情况进行分析,得出通过向锚杆施加高预紧力,促使锚杆支护体系及时主动承载,可以有效地减小顶板下沉量的结论,在此基础上提出一次使用顺槽锚网索强力支护技术。现场矿压监测表明,锚网索强力支护系统有效控制巷道变形,保障工作面回采安全和矿井安全高效开采。
Combining the conditions of surrounding rocks in theⅨ1309 thin coal seam face of Chengzhuang Mine,the deformation of the roadway under different preload conditions was analyzed by FLAC3D simulation software.It was concluded that by applying high preload to the anchor,the anchor support was promoted.The conclusion that the protection system could be carried in a timely and active manner effectively reduced the amount of sinking of the roof.Based on this,a one-time strong support technology using anchor cable is proposed.The on-site mining pressure monitoring showed that the anchor-net cable strong support system could effectively control the deformation of the roadway and ensure the safety of the working face and efficient mining.
