为了降低辛置煤矿刮板输送机驱动链轮的磨损情况,延长其使用寿命,以该矿SGZ-1000/3×1000型刮板输送机为例,对刮板输送机驱动链轮的失效模式进行分析研究,并通过动力学分析的方法找到关键影响因素。通过优化关键影响因素达到降低链轮磨损、延长使用寿命的目的,提高刮板输送机的工作效率。

In order to reduce the wear of driving sprocket of scraper conveyor and prolong its service life.Firstly,the failure mode of the drive chain wheel of the scraper conveyor was analyzed,and the main failure mode was studied,and the key influencing factors were found by the method of dynamic analysis.The key influencing factors were optimized to reduce the sprocket wheel wear,prolong the service life of the purpose,improve the work efficiency of the scraper conveyor.
