摘要
主轴作为煤矿提升绞车中的关键部件,在使用过程中存在结构变形、磨损严重、结构断裂等故障,对绞车的正常作业造成了重要影响。以辛置煤矿为例,对该矿开展了矿用提升绞车主轴的结构性能研究,并对其结构进行了优化设计分析。实践表明,改进后的主轴受力更加均匀,应力集中现象明显减小,具有更优的结构性能,提高了提升绞车的作业效率,保证了绞车的作业安全性。
As the key part of the hoist in coal mine,the main shaft with possible failures as structural deformation,serious wear,structural fracture and other failures in the use process,which had an important impact on the normal operation of the hoist.Xinzhi Mine was taken as an example,the structure and performance of the mine hoisting winch spindle were researched in this mine,and its structure was optimized and analyzed.Practice showed that the improved main shaft was more uniformly stressed,the phenomenon of stress concentration was significantly reduced,and it had better structural performance,which improved the work efficiency of the winch and ensured the work safety of the winch.
