摘要
针对高瓦斯回采工作面采空区瓦斯处理,应用高位定向长钻孔抽采技术,利用钻孔将采空区岩石冒落后形成的围岩裂隙沟通,增大抽采采空区的范围。大淑村矿172107工作面的现场试验表明,定向钻孔覆盖面积比高顶钻场钻孔的覆盖面积增加60%,单孔抽采量达到0.43~2.91 m^3/min,比高顶钻孔高1.65~11.19倍,避免了高顶钻场交替期间回风流中瓦斯浓度的变化甚至超限,同时,可利用高位定向钻孔代替高顶钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯,为采空区瓦斯治理找到了一条新的路径。
Aiming at the gas treatment in the goaf of the high gas mining face,the high-level directional long borehole drainage technology was used to apply the drilled holes to connect the rock in the goaf behind the surrounding rock fractures of Chancheng,increase the efficiency of the goaf range.Field tests on the 172107 working face of Dashucun Mine showed that the coverage area of directional drilling was increased by 60%compared with that of high-top drilling,and the single-hole drainage volume reached 0.43~2.91 m^3/min,which was higher than that of high-top drilling 1.65~11.19 times,avoiding the change of gas concentration in return air during high-drilling drill field alternation or even exceeding the limit.At the same time,high-directional directional drilling can be used instead of high-drilling to extract gas in goaf for gas control in goaf.
