桂枝茯苓丸治疗不孕症的临床研究进展

Research Progress in Clinical Study of Guizhi Fuling Pills for Treatment of Infertility

近年来,不孕症的发病率明显上升,严重影响女性的生殖健康和生活质量。桂枝茯苓丸出自张仲景《金匮要略》,其主要功效为活血化瘀、温经通络。妇科疾病如盆腔炎、卵巢囊肿、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征、输卵管疾病、月经不调等均可引起不孕,此类疾病引起的不孕症的中医基本病机为瘀血阻滞胞宫与冲任,为桂枝茯苓丸的适应症。本文对近年来桂枝茯苓丸治疗以上妇科疾病引起的不孕症的临床研究进行系统整理,以期进一步拓展桂枝茯苓丸治疗不孕症的临床应用和研究。

In recent years,the incidence of infertility has increased significantly,which seriously affected the reproductive health and life quality of the women. Guizhi Fuling Pills came from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber written by ZHANG Zhong-Jing,and the formula has the actions of activating blood to resolve stasis,and warming and unblocking meridians. The infertility caused by the gynecological diseases such as pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cyst, myoma of uterus, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, tubal disease, and irregular menstruation has the basic pathogenesis of blood stasis blocking the uterus, and thoroughfare and conception vessels,which is the indication of Guizhi Fuling Pills. In this article,we reviewed the clinical research of Guizhi Fuling Pills for the treatment of infertility caused by the above-mentioned diseases in recent years,and expected to expand the clinical application and research of Guizhi Fuling Pills for the treatment of infertility.
