摘要
以纱线自动接头关键机构为研究对象,研究了纱线自动接头工艺原理。采用机构分析方法分析了纱线自动接头关键机构的结构组成并绘制了关键机构的机构运动简图,包括喂纱机构、剪纱机构、夹纱机构、捻接关键辅助机构和捻接腔体。利用解析法建立了平面四连杆机构和空间四连杆机构的运动学模型,为纱线自动接头关键机构的优化设计和改进提供了理论依据。
Taking the key mechanism of the automatic yarn piecing as the research object,the principle of the automatic yarn piecing is studied.The mechanism analysis method is used to analyze the structural composition of the key mechanism of the automatic yarn piecing and the kinematic diagram of the key mechanism is drawn,including the yarn feeding mechanism,the yarn cutting mechanism,the yarn clamping mechanism,the key auxiliary mechanism,and the splicing cavity.The kinematics models of the planar four-bar linkage mechanism and the space four-bar linkage mechanism are established by analytical method,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design and improvement of the key mechanism of the automatic yarn piecing.
