摘要
我国是乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染的高流行区。相关研究表明,HBV感染不直接造成肝细胞坏死,而是通过机体的免疫系统介导造成肝细胞损伤及炎症发生。慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者合并血清自身抗体阳性的现象,研究显示机体处于免疫紊乱状态。目前,中医药广泛运用于肝病防治的各个方面,本文就近年来对CHB患者产生自身抗体的意义、中医体质在CHB中的应用、中医体质与CHB免疫状态的关系等研究进行综述。
China is a highly endemic area of hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection.Related studies have shown that HBV infection does not directly cause hepatocyte necrosis,but leads to hepatocyte injury and inflammation through immune system.The presence of patients with serum autoantibody positive chronic hepatitis B(CHB)has shown that the body is in an immune disorder.At present,TCM has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of liver diseases.This article reviewed the significance of autoantibodies of CHB patients,application of TCM constitutions in CHB,and the relationship between TCM constitutions and CHB immunity.
