摘要
以大豆秸杆和钛胶为原料,利用溶胶-凝胶法合成了大豆秸杆改性TiO2晶体.以盐酸四环素为降解对象,研究了大豆秸杆改性TiO2(TiO2-Straw)复合材料的光催化性能,探讨了掺杂量和煅烧温度对光催化剂活性的影响.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2等温吸附-脱附(BET)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-VIS DRS)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、热重(TG)、红外光谱(FT-IR)及紫外可见吸收光谱等表征手段对催化剂进行表征.结果表明:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的大豆秸杆改性TiO2对盐酸四环素具有一定的光催化活性,能够将其降解;在200℃煅烧的条件下,100 m L钛胶掺杂0.5 g大豆秸杆所制得的催化剂对盐酸四环素的降解效果最佳;模拟太阳光光照120 min,其对盐酸四环素降解率达到95.04%.
Soybean straw and titanic gel were used as raw materials to prepare soybean straw modified TiO2 crystal by sol-gel method.The simulated sunlight-degradation performance of tetracycline hydrochloride were studied and the impacts of soybean straw doping amount and calcination temperature on photocatalyst activity were discussed.The catalyst was characterized detailly by X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-Vis DRS),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-TR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),and N2-sorption techniques,respectively.Results showed that soybean straw modified TiO2 prepared via sol-gel method show certain photocatalytic activity for the degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride:Under the condition of calcination at 200 ℃,the catalyst prepared by soybean straw doping amount of 0.5 g in 100 mL titanic gel had the best degradation effect.After simulated sunlight-degradation for 2 hours,the tetracycline hydrochloride was degraded by 95.04%.
