电镀锌-镍合金套硬铬镀层的性能

摘要 在锌?镍合金镀层表面电镀硬铬,所得锌?镍合金/铬镀层的耐蚀性远优于单层铬,并且铬镀层的显微硬度和耐磨性不受影响。但应注意镀锌?镍合金后须立即镀铬,并带电入槽。 Hard chromium electroplating was conducted on zinc–nickel alloy coating.The obtained Zn–Ni alloy/Cr coating had much better corrosion resistance than a single-layered chromium coating,and the microhardness and wear resistance of Cr coating were not affected.It needs to conduct chromium electroplating immediately after Zn–Ni alloy electroplating and to apply electrical current to the substrate prior to dipping it into the chromium electroplating tank.
