摘要
油酸甘油酯基碱性除蜡液为基础,探讨了几种表面活性剂对钢铁件除红蜡的影响,考察了除蜡剂的除蜡速率、化学需氧量及对重金属镍的配位能力。通过正交试验确定了除蜡剂的配方为:二乙醇胺11 g/L,椰子油烷醇酰胺磷酸酯盐(6503)9 g/L,脂肪醇EO–PO聚醚9 g/L,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)5 g/L,油酸10 g/L,甘油12 g/L,助剂8 g/L,氢氧化钾4 g/L,水余量。与市场上较好的4款除蜡剂相比,该自制除蜡剂的除蜡效果最佳,废水处理更为简单、环保。
The effects of several types of surfactants on removal of red wax from iron and steel parts by using alkaline glyceryl oleate solution were discussed.The wax removal rate and chemical oxygen demand(COD)of different wax removal agents and their complexing ability to nickel,a typical heavy metal,were examined.The optimal composition of wax removing agent was determined by orthogonal test as follows:diethanolamine 11 g/L,coconut alkanolamide phosphate(6503)9 g/L,fatty alcohol EO-PO polyether 9 g/L,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-7)5 g/L,oleic acid 10 g/L,glycerin 12 g/L,auxiliary agent 8 g/L,potassium hydroxide 4 g/L,and water balance.As compared with four commercially available counterparts,the home-made wax removing agent has the best wax removal efficacy,needs simpler wastewater treatment,and facilitates environmental protection.
