国医大师李佃贵以化浊解毒方治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎经验

Experience of TCM Master Li Diangui in Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis with Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription

西医认为,慢性糜烂性胃炎多与幽门螺杆菌感染、变态反应、自身免疫机制、胃壁屏障功能减退等因素有关;而中医认为多与外感邪气,以及内伤饮食、劳逸失度、脾胃虚弱、先天禀赋等因素有关。李佃贵教授认为,慢性糜烂性胃炎与浊毒内蕴密切相关,故以化浊、解毒、清热、利湿为法,并创制化浊解毒方,取得良好疗效。

Western medicine believes that chronic erosive gastritis is associated with Helicobacter pylori infection,allergic reaction,autoimmune mechanism,and decreased barrier function of the stomach wall;while TCM believes that many factors are related to exogenous pathogenic factor,as well as internal injuries,disability,spleen and stomach weakness and congenital endowment.Professor Li Diangui believes that chronic erosive gastritis is closely related to the turbidity.The treatment should be reducing turbidity,detoxification,clearing heat and dampness,and has created Huazhuo Jiedu Prescription,which has achieved good efficacy.
