摘要
黄体功能不足是影响体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的主要因素,本文介绍以参芪寿胎方联合西药保胎治疗,改善垂体降调节期间妊娠的特殊生理状态,预后良好,可供临床参考。
Luteal phase defect is the main factor affecting the pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.This article introduced the combination of Shenqi Shoutai Prescription and Western medicine to improve the special physiological state of pregnancy during pituitary down-regulation,and the prognosis was good,which could be used for clinical reference.
