摘要
扶阳气是《伤寒论》重要学术思想之一,《伤寒论》还建立了角药的雏形。本文通过分析《伤寒论》温阳法中角药配伍特点,发现《伤寒论》蕴含着丰富的温阳法角药配伍应用规律,其中独立成方角药有4组,作为方剂核心配伍者有5组,其配伍精妙,用药灵活,对启迪后学及提高临床疗效具有重要指导意义。
Tonifying yang is one of the most important academic ideas of Shang Han Lun.The pattern of triple-medicinal combinations was established in this book.In this article,it was found that this book contains rich compatibility rules in using triple-medicinal combinations by analyzing the compatibility characteristics of triple-medicinal combinations in tonifying yang treatment,among which 4 groups of independent triple-medicinal combinations were obtained and 5 groups of core compatibility were acquired.All compatibility was exquisite and medication was flexible,which had important guiding significance for enlightenment and improving clinical efficacy.
