从微生态失衡角度阐释“无湿不成痹”理论——以类风湿关节炎为例 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]以类风湿关节炎为例,从机体微生态角度探讨与解释"湿"与痹证的关系。[方法]钻研经典,结合前沿成果,分析湿邪、微生态与痹证的三者间的关系,并以类风湿关节炎为例,具体阐释湿邪、微生态失衡与疾病的关系。[结果]湿邪是痹证的关键病因之一,痹证患者多有湿证表现,湿邪诸多致病特性与微生态失衡相关。现代研究表明微生态失衡是类风湿关节炎的病因病机及重要影响因素之一,类风湿关节炎患者存在口腔、肠道及泌尿生殖道微生态失衡现象。[结论]湿邪在痹证发生发展中起重要作用,并与机体的微生态息息相关,从微生态失衡角度可加深对"湿"与类风湿关节炎本质的理解。 [Objective]To explore and explain the relationship between"dampness"and arthralgia syndrome from the point of view of microecology,taking rheumatoid arthritis as an example.Delve into the classics,combined with cutting-edge achievements,analyze the relationship among dampness,microecology and arthralgia syndrome,and take rheumatoid arthritis as an example to explain the relationship between dampness,microecological imbalance and disease.[Results]Dampness is one of the key causes of arthralgia syndrome.Most patients with arthralgia syndrome have manifestations of dampness syndrome.Many pathogenic characteristics of dampness are related to microecological imbalance.Modern studies have shown that microecological imbalance is one of the etiology,pathogenesis and important influencing factors of rheumatoid arthritis.Patients with rheumatoid arthritis have oral,intestinal and genitourinary tract microecological imbalance.Dampness plays an important role in the occurrence and development of arthralgia syndrome,and is closely related to the microecology of the body.From the point of view of microecology,it can deepen the understanding of the essence of"dampness"and rheumatoid arthritis.
