血清胱抑素C及尿酸对急性ST段心肌梗死的诊断价值分析

Clinical diagnostic value of serum Cys-C and UA in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction

目的:探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)及尿酸(UA)对急性ST段心肌梗死(STEMI)的诊断价值。方法:选取100例STEMI患者作为研究组,同时选取同期97例健康体检患者作为对照组。采用免疫比浊法测定血清中Cys-C的含量,罗氏Roche酶法检测UA的含量。比较两组人群血清中Cys-C和UA的水平;对比观察不同类型的血管病变患者Cys-C和UA水平的差异。结果:研究组的Cys-C和UA水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双支病变组和三支病变组患者的Cys-C和UA的水平高于单支血管病变组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清Cys-C和UA水平可能是反映STEMI的临床诊断指标之一,且其水平在一定程度反映心肌梗死的严重程度。

Objective:To study the clinical diagnostic value of serum Cys-C and UA in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:100 STEMI patients were selected as treatment group,while 97 healthy person were selected as control group at the same time.Immune turbidimetric method was used to detect the content of serum Cys-C,and Roche enzymatic method was used to detect the content of UA.Compare the level of Cys-C and UA in two groups and the differences of Cys-C and UA level in different types of patients with vessel disease.Results:The level of Cys-C and UA of treatment group were both significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of Cys-C and UA of double vessel disease group and three vessel disease group was obviously higher than that of single vessel disease group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum levels of Cys-C and UA may reflect one of the clinical diagnostic indicators of STEMI,and its level can reflects the severity of myocardial infarction to a certain extent.
