聚乙烯树脂的表征与产品开发的相关性分析

摘要 聚乙烯是一种重要的聚烯烃材料,其性能强烈依赖其组成结构。核磁共振碳谱、凝胶渗透色谱联用红外检测器、差示扫描量热法等表征技术是表征烯烃聚合物的重要手段,不仅可以提供聚合物组成结构的信息,还可以推测聚合机理以及预测材料性能,从而对材料设计提供指导。本文通过对聚乙烯的微观结构的深入表征剖析和装置的实际生产参数进行综合评价分析,为装置的稳定生产提供有力的支撑手段。 Polyethylene(PE) is an important polyolefin material.NMR carbon spectrum,gel permeation chromatography combined with infrared detector,differential scanning calorimetry and other characterization techniques are important means of characterization of olefin polymers.These characterization techniques can not only Provide information on the composition and structure of polymers,but also predict the polymerization mechanism and material properties,so as to provide guidance for material design.In this paper,the micro structure of polyethylene and the actual production parameters of the plant were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed to provide a strong support for the stable production of the plant.
