本文介绍了近年来茂金属聚乙烯的发展方向,通过实验数据对比找出新牌号茂金属聚乙烯树脂与传统茂金属聚乙烯在流变行为的不同。结合新茂金属聚乙烯的流变特性改进螺杆设计,并进行了挤出试验论证。

This paper overview the development direction of metallocene polyethylene in recent years,find the different between new grade metallocene polyethylene resin and previous generation of metallocene polyethylene in rheological behavior by comparing experimental data.then we improve the screw design by the rheological characteristics of new grade metallocene polyethylene and do the extrusion test to prove it.
