可为与应为:课外实践视角的青少年公益偏差行为矫正

摘要 公益行为作为个体奉献社会的方式,是个人道德品质与综合素养的外在表现,青少年可从参与公益行为中获取诸多价值,如促进自身知识转化、提升社会能力、完善人格品性修养以及增强学习热情等。然而,从课外实践视角而言,由于公益行为需消耗大量时间,使得部分青少年参与公益活动功利性较强、教师缺乏专业指导经验,家长公益理念落后、活动效果反馈不足等。为体现公益行为价值,应通过深度解读国家政策、转变学校教育观念、增强公益活动宣传、强化公益行为教育等树立青少年正确的公益意识,并从科学规划活动安排、培养教师相关技能、积极拓展公益平台以及明确公益行为价值等方面对青少年公益偏差行为进行实践矫正。 Public welfare behaviors,as measures for individuals to contribute to the society,are the external expression of personal moral quality and comprehensive quality.Youngsters can gain various values from participating in public welfare,such as promoting the transformation of their own knowledge,improving their social skills,perfect their personality cultivation and enhancing their enthusiasm for learning.However,from the perpective of extracurricular practive plenty of time is consumed by public welfare behaviors,which leads to some existing realistic problems,including parts of youngsters participating in public welfare activities with stronger utilitarian purpose,teachers'lack of professional guidance experience,outdated public welfare philosophy of parents,insufficient feedback on activity effect,and so on.In order to embody the value of public welfare behavior,the awareness of public welfare behavior of youngsters should be corrected through interpreting national policies in depth,transforming education concepts of colleges,strengthening publicity of public welfare activities,enhancing public welfare behavior education and else approaches.In addition,the public welfare behavior of youngsters should be practical corrected from aspects of planning of activity arrangement scientifically,training teachers'professional skills,expanding public welfare platform actively and clarifying the value of public welfare behavior.
