供给侧改革视阈下齐鲁优秀传统文化吸引力提升研究

作为文化强省建设重要内容的齐鲁优秀传统文化吸引力建设要“走在前列”应加强供给侧改革。齐鲁优秀传统文化吸引力进行供给侧改革有其现实必然性、时代必然性、价值必然性。但同时存在诸多问题。从供给侧结构性改革视角提升齐鲁优秀传统文化吸引力的路径主要包括:在供给规划方面,在“顶层设计”和整体规划指导下进行具体规划;文化资源供给方面,盘活存量、优化增量;人才供给方面,引进和培养相结合;改善文化供给结构。

As an important part of the construction of a strong cultural province,Qilu's excellent traditional cultural attraction construction“takes the forefront”should strengthen supply-side reform.The attractiveness of Qilu's excellent traditional culture for supply-side reform has its inevitability of reality,time and value.But there are a lot of problem at same time.From the perspective of supply-side structural reform,the path to enhance the attractiveness of Qilu's outstanding traditional culture mainly includes:in the supply planning,specific planning under the guidance of“top-level design”and overall planning;in terms of the supply of cultural resources,revitalizing the stock and optimizing the increase;in terms of talent supply,the combination of introduction and cultivation;improving the structure of cultural supply.
