摘要 目前,盾构法已被广泛应用于隧道建设中,作为盾构隧道中极其重要的一环,管片存在选型困难、施工选点难度高等问题。结合广州市深层隧道排水系统东濠涌试验段工程,开展了基于建筑数字模型技术(BIM)的盾构管片选型技术研究。该技术根据CAD二维图纸,采用Revit建立三维管片模型,进而通过Dynamo管片在DTA上进行可视化选型排版,采用AutodeskNavisworks优化拟合完成盾构管片选型的拼装模拟动画;通过与设计的隧道曲线进行不断的拟合,得出合理的、与隧道中线误差率小的盾构管片成型模型,最后在施工过程中根据反馈的实测千斤顶行程差、盾构姿态、盾尾间隙等实际数据实时对预拼管片进行选型。实践证明:在Revit中建立三维管片模型,再使用Dynamo编程进行可视化操作,制作出直观的易于理解的管片施工动画,预留数据输入条件,不仅能够有效地避免施工中的一些错误,还能减少施工误差,方便技术人员交流,保障隧道施工质量。通过结合BIM技术建立的隧道模型,做到动态管理和可视化施工。 The shield method has been widely used in tunnel construction at present. As an extremely important part of the shield tunnel, there are many problems, such as the difficulty of selection,the difficulty of selection of construction points and so on for shield segment. Combined with the Donghaoyong test section project of Guangzhou deep tunnel drainage system, the research of shield segment selection technology based on Building Information Model(BIM) is carried out. According to CAD 2D drawings,Revit is used to build 3D segment model, dynamo is used to visualize segment selection and layout on DTA, and Autodesk Navisworks is used to optimize fitting to complete assembly simulation animation of shield segment selection;Through the continuous fitting with the designed tunnel curve, a reasonable shield segment forming model with small error rate with the tunnel center line is obtained. Finally, in the construction process, the type selection of the pre assembled segments is carried out in real time according to the actual data such as the feedback measured Jack travel difference, shield posture, shield tail clearance and so on. It has been proved that the establishment of three-dimensional segment model in Revit, the use of dynamo programming for visual operation, the production of intuitive and easy to understand segment construction animation, the reservation of data input conditions, can not only effectively avoid some errors in construction, but also reduce construction errors, facilitate the exchange of technical personnel,and ensure the quality of tunnel construction. Through the tunnel model established by BIM Technology, dynamic management and visual construction are achieved.
