空间治理视野下城市公园活化价值与策略研究

Study on the Value and Strategy of Urban Park Activation from the Perspective of Spatial Governance

随着人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾转化为当前社会主要矛盾,国土空间治理体系与治理能力现代化成为研究重点。在"空间治理"背景下,如何节约并高效利用资源,提升空间复合价值,促进区域协同发展成为重点课题。以城市公园体系为切入点,通过研究典型的城市公园活化治理模式及代表案例,梳理其背后的治理主体、治理手段(活化策略)、制度与法律等,探讨其适用条件,为我国城市公共空间治理提供参考。

As the principal contradiction facing Chinese society today has become the contradiction between the imbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s growing needs for a better life,the modernization of territory spatial governance system and its capability have become the focus of research.In the context of"spatial governance",how to save and efficiently use resources,enhance the composite value of space,and promote regional coordinated development have become key topics.Taking the urban park system as the starting point,this paper studies typical models of urban park activation and representative cases,combing the governance subjects,governance methods(activation strategies),systems and laws behind them,and exploring their applicable conditions to provide references for urban space governance in China.
