摘要
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)现已成为危害全球老龄人群身心健康的重要疾病之一。软骨细胞的肥大改变在骨性关节炎中较常出现,肥大软骨细胞表达一些较为典型的生物学标志,进而介导OA的不断进展;软骨细胞肥大化涉及多条分子信号通路的调控,包括Wnt、TGF-β、IHH/PTHrP等主要信号通路;此外,软骨细胞肥大化在骨关节炎进展的不同时期也是逐步发展,并在一定程度上加重了该疾病的不断恶化;综上,阐明肥大软骨细胞在骨关节炎发病中的作用将有利于认识骨关节炎的发病机理,进而指导临床对骨关节炎的有效治疗。
Osteoarthritis(OA)has become one of the most common diseases endangering the physical and mental health in the elder all around the world.Hypertrophic changes of chondrocytes occur frequently in OA,which express some typical biolog ical markers that mediate the progression of OA.The chondrocyte hypertrophy is regulated by multiple molecular signaling path ways,including Wnt,TGF-β,IHH/PTHrP et al.In addition,the process of chondrocyte hypertrophy is gradually developed in different stages of OA,and to some extent,the progress of chondrocyte hypertrophy aggravated the severity of OA.In summary,elucidating the role in the pathogenesis of chondrocyte hypertrophy will help to understand the pathogenesis of OA,and further guide the clinical treatment of OA.
