人性化医疗服务对神经外科脑外伤术后患者心理和情绪改善作用

Role of Humanity Care on the Psychological and Emotional Improvement of the Patients with Brain Trauma Surgery

目的通过临床病例对照研究对人性化医疗服务的作用及意义进行探讨,以期提高颅脑外伤术后患者专科治疗的效果和患者满意度。方法收集在曲靖市沾益区人民医院神经外科急诊住院的、并行开颅血肿清除术的患者共80名(2017年8月至2018年12月),随机分为实验组(采用神经外科常规治疗基础上辅以人性化医疗服务)和对照组(进行神经外科常规治疗)。治疗前后分别采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)对两组患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪程度进行评定和比较。同时采用医疗质量满意度问卷对患者进行调查评分,比较两组患者对医疗工作的满意度。结果两组间治疗前比较,SAS、SDS评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组间比较,实验组SAS、SDS评分值均低于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组的满意度较对照组(86%vs 70%)显著增高(P<0.01)。结论人性化医疗服务可通过患者心理和情绪状态的显著改善而对治疗效果和康复起重要作用。

Objective To explore the application of humanity care for the patients with brain trauma surgery so as to improve the therapeutic effects and patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients who had brain trauma and underwent surgeries from Aug.2017 to Aug.2018 were recruited.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(patients received conventional neurosurgical treatment)and the experimental group(patients received humanity care).Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were employed before and after the treatment to evaluate and compare the mood changes between the two groups.Satisfaction questionnaire on medical service was used and the scores were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores before the surgery between the two groups(P>0.05),but after the surgery,the SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control groups(P<0.01).The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(86%vs.70%,P<0.01).Conclusions Humanity care can be of great significance to psychological and emotional improvement.
