COVID-19患者粪便核酸检测结果特征及其临床意义

Characteristics and Clinical Significance of Stool Nucleic Acid Test Results in Patients with COVID-19

目的探讨COVID-19患者粪便核酸检测结果特征及其临床意义。方法收集25例昆明市第三人民医院检验科自2020年1月30日至2020年3月10日收治的COVID-19确诊病例的粪便标本用于RT-PCR核酸检测并分析结果。结果治疗中期COVID-19粪便核酸检测阳性为12例,治疗后期阳性为3例,阳性率分别为48%、12%。ORF1ab/N基因随着病程进展扩增曲线由典型的S型到未检出,核酸检测阳性检出例数有明显的减少,CT值总体有升高的趋势(P<0.05)。结论随着病程和治疗时间的推进,患者粪便核酸阳性检出率和病毒载量降低,抗病毒治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of stool nucleic acid test results in patients with COVID-19.Methods The stool samples from 25 confirmed cases of COVID-19 admitted to our hospital from January 30,2020 to March 10,2020 were collected and tested by RT-PCR and the test results were analyzed.Results Stool nuclear acid test identified 12 positive cases for COVID-19 during the treatment and 3 positive cases after the treatment,with the positive rates 48%and 12%,respectively.The ORF1 ab/N gene’s amplification curve changed from typical S type to undetected as the disease progressed.The number of positive cases in nucleic acid tsets decreased significantly,and the CT value generally increased(P<0.05).Conclusion With the progress of the disease and treatment,the positive rate of stool nucleic acid test and viral load will decrease,and the antiviral treatment effect is significant.
