摘要 近年来,肥胖发病率在全球内呈逐年上升趋势,成为威胁人类健康的重大公共卫生问题。随着微生物分子生态学、代谢组学等技术的发展,肠道微生态与肥胖的关系逐渐被揭示,肠道微生态作为机体最大最复杂的微生态系统,在维持营养摄取、新陈代谢和免疫反应等方面发挥重要作用。肠道菌群及其代谢途径和产物的变化不仅可以促进宿主对能量的摄取导致甘油三酯的沉积,还能通过改变肠道通透性、触发全身炎症反应及与大脑相互作用等潜在机制介导肥胖的发生发展。现就三个方面对肠道微生态与肥胖的相关性予以综述。 In recent years,the incidence of obesity has been increasing year by year in the world,and obesity has become a major public health problem to threatening human health.With the development of microbial molecular ecology,metabolomics and other technologies,the relationship between intestinal microecology and obesity has been gradually revealed.As the largest and the most complex microecosystem of the body,intestinal microecology plays an important role in maintaining nutrition intake,metabolism and immune response.Changes in the intestinal flora and its metabolic pathways and products not only promote the energy intake of the host and lead to triglyceride deposition,but also mediate the occurrence and development of obesity through potential mechanisms such as changing intestinal permeability,triggering systemic inflammatory responses and interacting with the brain.This paper reviewed the correlation between intestinal microecology and obesity from three aspects.
