骨肉瘤免疫疗法的研究进展

摘要 骨肉瘤发病率在儿童和青少年恶性肿瘤中居首位,肺部转移率高,仅行手术治疗的患者存活率较低。免疫疗法具有肿瘤免疫杀伤特异性,被认为是最有可能提高癌症患者生存率的治疗方法之一,可作为骨肉瘤新的治疗方向。本文就骨恶性肿瘤的生物学特点、骨肉瘤肺部转移的机制以及免疫疗法的机制进行综述。
