从“肺与大肠相表里”论治新型冠状病毒肺炎

Treating Corona Virus Disease 2019 from Theory of"Lung and Large Intestine Being Interior-exteriorly Related"

2019年底爆发的新冠肺炎导致数万人感染,多人死亡,且目前无特效药物。中医治疗优势突出,在临床上取得了显著的疗效。笔者在援助武汉红十字医院的诊疗过程中,发现多数新冠肺炎患者伴有泄泻,考虑为痰热、燥热所致,不宜使用健脾止泻法。本文从“肺与大肠相表里”的理论出发论述了新冠肺炎伴见泄泻的病因病机,并针对新冠肺炎中肺病及痰热或燥热下迫大肠所致之泄泻,提出治法——清肺化痰、清燥润肺,并取得了满意的疗效,为临床治疗新冠肺炎伴见泄泻的病症提供了新的思路。

Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)that broke out at the end of 2019 caused tens of thousands of infections and multiple deaths,and there is no specific drug at present.The advantage of traditional Chinese medicine isoutstanding,and it has achieved remarkable results in clinical practice.The author found that most patients with COVID-19 were associated with diarrhea in the process of assisting the Wuhan Red Cross Hospital.Because the pathogeny of this disease is resulted fromphlegm-heat and dryness-heat,it is not appropriate to use the treatment of invigorating the Spleen to stop diarrhea.According to the theory of"Lung and Large intestine being Interior-exteriorly related",the etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19 associated with diarrhea is discussed,and the therapies of clearing away Lung and resolving phlegm and clearing away dryness and moistening Lung caused by phlegm-heat and dryness-heat is put award.These therapies have achieved satisfactory results,providing a new idea for the clinical treatment of COVID-19 associated with diarrhea.
