摘要
目的:了解野生冬虫夏草周际土壤中的细菌群落组成,为优化冬虫夏草人工培育条件奠定基础。方法:采集5份四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州小金县崇德乡野生冬虫夏草周际土壤,提取微生物DNA,利用16S rRNA高通量测序技术对土壤中细菌构成进行测定,并进行生物信息学分析。结果:5份所测土壤样品细菌群落构成相似,土壤中细菌主要有19门55纲124目194科325属350种,其中变形菌、放线菌、酸杆菌、壁厚菌、绿弯菌和拟杆菌的物种丰度较高。结论:崇德乡野生冬虫夏草土壤中细菌多样性丰富,土壤细菌群落与冬虫夏草的关系值得进一步研究。
Objective:In order to understand the bacterial diversity in the soils of native habitats of Ophiocordyceps Sinensis.Methods:Soil samples were collected in Chongde Township,Xiaojin County,Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,Sichuan Province.Total genomic DNA was extracted from soil and then high-throughput sequencing of 16S rDNA was performed on Illumina Hiseq platform.Bacterial community structure was analyzed by bioinformatics.Results:The bacterial community structure of five soil samples was similar.Bacteria were belonging to 19 phyla,55 classes,124 orders,325 families and 350 genera.The Proteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Acidobactcria,Firmicutes and Chloroflexi had high abundance.Conclusion:The results revealed a high bacterial diversity in the soil samples from Chongde Town,Xiaojin County.The relationship between soil bacteria and Ophiocordyceps sinensis is worth further study.
