介绍了一种新型副产中压蒸汽氯化氢合成炉的结构。这种合成炉改进了蒸汽段结构,副产蒸汽的压力由0.8 MPa提高到1.6 MPa,扩大了蒸汽的使用范围,同时提高了热效率,实现了节能减排,为企业增加了效益。

The structure of a new type of by-product medium pressure steam hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace was introduced.By improving the structure of steam section,the pressure of by-product steam was increased from 0.8 MPa to 1.6 MPa,and the application field of the steam was expanded.Meanwhile,the thermal efficiency was improved,energy saving and emission reduction were realized,and the efficiency of enterprises was increased.
