多层螺旋CT三维后处理重建技术对评估颅底骨折损伤程度的准确性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究多层螺旋CT三维后处理重建技术对颅底骨折的检出情况,评估患者颅底骨折损伤程度的准确性。方法选取我院收治的54例颅底骨折患者作为研究对象。给予所有患者多层螺旋CT检查,并通过计算机软件采用三维重建后处理原始数据。结果相比VR、SSD重建层面颅底骨折诊断,MPR重建层面颅底骨折诊断准确率更为精准,P<0.05。在诊断0级、3级颅底损伤程度上,原始二维横断面的诊断准确率比MPR、VR、SSD高,P<0.05。在诊断1级、2级颅底损伤程度上,原始二维横断面的诊断准确率比VR、SSD高,P<0.05。结论相比原始横断面诊断颅底骨折,多层螺旋CT三维后处理重建技术的颅底骨折检出率更高,且将三维后处理技术与原始横断面结合后进行检测,可有效提高颅底骨折检出率。 Objective To explore the detection of skull base fracture by three-dimensional post-processing reconstruction technology of multi-slice spiral CT,and to evaluate the accuracy of the injury degree of skull base fracture.Methods 54 cases of skull base fracture in our hospital were selected as the research object.All patients were examined by multi-slice spiral CT,and the original data were processed by three-dimensional reconstruction with computer software.Results Compared with VR and SSD reconstruction,the accuracy of MPR reconstruction is more accurate,P<0.05.The diagnostic accuracy of the original two-dimensional cross-section was higher than that of MPR,VR and SSD in the diagnosis of grade 0 and grade 3 skull base injuries(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of the original two-dimensional cross-section was higher than that of VR and SSD in the diagnosis of grade 1 and grade 2 skull base injuries(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the original cross-sectional diagnosis of skull base fracture,the detection rate of skull base fracture with MSCT three-dimensional post-processing reconstruction technology is higher.Combining the three-dimensional post-processing technology with the original cross-sectional detection can effectively improve the detection rate of skull base fracture.
