城镇污水厂中A^2/O工艺的优化控制

摘要 通过中试探讨了传统A^2/O工艺的优化控制,考察了温度、混合液回流比、DO对生物脱氮的影响。结果表明,混合液回流比和温度与总氮的去除率有相关性,在0~200%内随着混合液回流比的增大,出水总氮明显降低;随着曝气量的增大,氨氮去除率显著提高。在冬季低温时,可通过增加曝气使出水氨氮达到排放标准。混合液回流比选择100%~150%既可降低能耗,又能有效去除总氮。同时,该工艺对生活污水中的磷具有较好的去除效果。 The optimal control of traditional A^2/O process was investigated through pilot test,and the effects of temperature,reflux ratio of mixed solution and DO on biological denitrification were investigated.The results showed that there was a correlation between the reflux ratio of mixed liquor and temperature with the removal rate of total nitrogen.In the range of 0~200%,with the increase of the reflux ratio of the mixture,the total nitrogen in the effluent decreased,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen increased significantly with the increase of aeration.At low temperature in winter,the effluent ammonia nitrogen could reach the discharge standard by increasing aeration.A reflux ratio of mixed liquid at 100%~150%could reduce the energy consumption and effectively remove the total nitrogen.At the same time,the process had a better removal effect of phosphorus in domestic sewage.
