受限空间生活污水处理工程实例

某商业区污水主要为生活污水,污水处理站选址为受限空间的地下停车库内,设计采用模块化一体化污水处理设备,主体工艺采用“格栅调节池+A2/O+A/O+沉淀池+浸没式微滤”,厂站出水作为中水回用。运行结果显示:出水指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,同时满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)回用标准。该工艺具有较高的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益,对于受限空间污水站的建造模式具有较好的应用价值。

The sewage of a commercial district is mainly domestic wastewater,and the wastewater treatment station is located in an underground parking garage with confined space.A modular integrated wastewater treatment equipment was designed,main process of grille regulating tank+A2/O+A/O+sedimentation tank+submerged microfiltration was adopted,the effluent from the station was reused as reclaimed water.The operation results showed that the effluent index could meet the first A standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918—2002),and the reuse standard of The reuse of urban recycling water:Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption(GB/T 18920—2002).The process had high economic,environmental and social benefits,and good application value for the construction mode of confined space wastewater station.
